Our Story
My name is Landon McCaa. I'm 38 years old and a lifelong resident of Buckatunna, Mississippi. I'm also a proud father to two wonderful daughters—Kadey (11) and Kendall (10). Tyler Dixon, my business partner, is 34 years old. He was raised in Clara, Mississippi, and now resides in Buckatunna. Tyler is also a devoted father to Bostyn (13) and Jerseigh (8).
Our paths first crossed in 2018 when the oilfield industry began to slow down and both of us were transitioning into new careers in industrial shutdown work. In fact, our friendship began when Tyler's truck broke down on the way to a job site and I gave him a ride. We had no idea at the time that this chance meeting would grow into a lifelong friendship and later, a strong business partnership.
Over the years, we worked side-by-side as welding partners on projects across the United States. Starting from entry-level positions, we steadily worked our way up to supervisory roles with some of the most reputable contractors and companies in the industry.
In August 2024, after experiencing some life-changing personal events, we made the decision to return home and establish our own construction business—D&M Services and Supply. Our goal was simple: to build something meaningful while staying close to our families.
None of this would be possible without the grace of God and the unwavering support of our families. We are incredibly grateful for the many blessings we've received—beyond what we could have ever imagined. Our foundational scripture is Colossians 3:23: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men."
Our families have gone above and beyond to help us—providing equipment, workspace, jobs, and endless encouragement. Their belief in our vision for D&M Services and Supply means the world to us, and we are profoundly thankful for their support.
We want everyone to know that we are a Christian-based company. We're proud to share our testimony and give glory to God for how far we've come. If you stop by our shop, you'll likely hear K-LOVE playing and a conversation about how good God is. Our faith is not just part of our story—it's the foundation of everything we do.
